Sustainable Initiatives
Solar Project for Sustainability
At VYE, we are developing Africa's largest residential solar project and the second largest in the Middle East, bringing sustainable energy solutions to everyday living. Our headquarters has been powered by solar since 2020, meeting 95% of its energy needs.
Man Ahyaha Program
We support Man Ahyaha, a program that provides access to education for children in marginalized rural communities across Egypt. Through Tawasol for Developing Istabl Antar, we also support a community school for children who missed out on formal education.
Seed Cycle, Delta Oil & Waste Management
Our environmental seed cycle supports creative solutions for ecological issues and creates jobs for marginalized women and youth. Through Delta Oil, we empower disadvantaged communities to collect used cooking oil that is processed into biodiesel, and we facilitate Waste Management Control, which collects, segregates, and recycles municipal waste.
EDGE Advanced at EDNC
At EDNC, we proudly operate Egypt's first EDGE Advanced certified business park, setting a new standard for sustainable, efficient, and future-ready workplaces.
EV Charging Stations
SODIC is transitioning to sustainable transportation by deploying EV charging stations across all developments, supporting cleaner mobility and future-ready living.
Ramadan Aid, Blood & Blanket Drives
We annually organize Ramadan Packings and Salary Drives, providing essential support to families in need during the holy month. We also run regular Blood Drives and Blanket Drives that deliver warmth and comfort to those who need it most.
