Ogami Named Master Plan of the Year — What the Award Means for Buyers

Ogami, SODIC's 440-acre North Coast development anchored by a Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences, was named 'Master Plan of the Year' at the 2025 Architecture Leaders Awards in Dubai. The DLR Group-designed plan sets aside 24% of the site for green areas and 5.6% for water features, alongside 800 metres of beachfront.

Industry awards aren't a substitute for due diligence, but a master-plan award from an independent panel is a reasonable proxy for how much planning went into circulation, density and open space before construction started — worth knowing given Ogami only launched in 2024, with its first phase due in 2028 and full completion in 2029.
