Egypt's First Nobu Hotel Is Coming to SODIC's Eastown

SODIC and architecture firm Rockwell Group are bringing Nobu's first Egyptian hotel and restaurant to Eastown District New Cairo (EDNC). The 2,200 sqm restaurant, seating up to 300 guests, is scheduled to open first in autumn 2025; the hotel, spanning 6,385 sqm with more than 50 rooms and suites, is due in early 2027.
