VYE Delivers First Homes Six Months Early — Here's What's Still to Come

SODIC has delivered the first homes at VYE, its New Zayed development built around solar power — the project is described as Africa's largest solar-powered residential development and the second-largest in the Middle East. Handovers began six months ahead of schedule, with over 108 units delivered this round and 1,783 units total scheduled across 2025.

The project isn't finished: the VYE Town Center is due for completion in early 2026, the Karmell Hub in mid-2026, and a community clubhouse by the end of 2027. For buyers, VYE's location near Sphinx International Airport and its early-handover track record are the two most concrete points to weigh before the remaining amenities open.
