First Homes Handed Over at June — Ahead of Schedule

SODIC has delivered the first 204 homes at June, its North Coast development in Ras El Hekma, ahead of the original schedule, across two neighborhoods. The project's amenity roster is filling in alongside the handovers: the Dubai-based Surf Club, Portuguese dining brand Cavalaría, and a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott International are all set to open on site.

Early delivery is one of the more reassuring signals a developer can give a buyer, and this isn't a one-off — SODIC also delivered the first homes at VYE in New Zayed six months ahead of schedule earlier this year.
