SODIC Partners with AUC's Innovation Hub on Real Estate Tech

SODIC Partners with AUC's Innovation Hub on Real Estate Tech

SODIC has partnered with the AUC Innovation Hub to collaborate with students, faculty and startups on sustainability, proptech and digital transformation, through policy dialogues, hackathons and mentorship programs.

It follows SODIC's own run of in-house innovation projects since 2021: Sakneen, a digital sales platform; Tile Green, which makes tiles from recycled plastic; and Taqatak, a renewable-energy venture. None of this changes what's for sale today, but it's a useful indicator of where the developer is investing beyond its current pipeline of North Coast and Cairo projects — worth knowing if you're weighing SODIC's direction over a multi-year handover period.
