SODIC Adds a 500-Feddan East Cairo Project Through New MADA Partnership

SODIC has signed on to develop a 500-feddan plot inside MADA, the 5,800-acre fifth-generation city MIDAR is building in New Cairo near the Administrative Capital and Cairo International Airport. The deal is structured as a revenue-share with MIDAR and sits within a reported EGP 110 billion in total investment for the city, adding a third address to SODIC's East Cairo portfolio alongside Villette and the ongoing SODIC East project with Heliopolis Housing & Development.
For a buyer, this matters less as corporate news and more as a signal: SODIC has sold and delivered over 5,000 units in East Cairo since 2008, and this partnership extends that track record into a location close to the Capital's transport corridors — the Al Amal Axis, Cairo-Suez Road, Regional Road and Middle Ring Road — well before unit-level details are public.
